This pillow is an alternative to the usual foam, down or polyester pillow. The cotton pillow shell is filled with quarter inch buckwheat hulls and offers firm support to the neck and head. Since the buckwheat hulls are three dimensional in shape they do not stick together and this allows air to circulate freely through the pillow. As a result, the head and neck area always stay cool and fresh as opposed to sweaty and sticky.

CARE:
Remove the buckwheat hulls from their cotton envelope and store them in a plastic bag.
Wash the envelope in warm water and hang dry.
Once the envelope is thoroughly dry, put back the hulls.
Keep the buckwheat hulls in a dry place.
