The Wrap-around Hot/Cold Pack is the mobile version of our original hot/cold compress. It was especially designed for those that need a hot or cold compress while engaged in other activities. As our original compress, this compress is simple, can be used hot or cold and can be used over and over again. The difference is that the Wrap-around consists of two parts: the inner heating or cooling unit, which was also designed to offer support, and the washable outer belt with VELCRO® brand fasteners which keeps the compress snugly around the waist. For warm use simply heat the inner unit in the microwave oven and for cold use, freeze it first. If you need heat to relax, heat to help soothe pain or cold to help soothe swelling or inflammation and all this while moving around, this is the compress for you.

CARE:
